What the website collects

Your first name, email address, Windows confirmation, and agreement to tester follow-up are collected when you apply. Download requests include an invitation code, release name, and request identifier. Netlify processes these forms and may process technical information such as IP addresses for hosting and spam protection.

What it’s used for

The Coast Ahead creator reviews applications, selects testers, sends invitations, helps with installation, and requests preview feedback. Your application does not sign you up for a newsletter. Download requests help show which invitations were used; they do not prove a completed download or installation.

Your app records

The Windows preview stores your financial entries and attached receipts on your own computer. This website does not collect those records or monitor your app use. Please do not include private financial records in feedback.

Stopping follow-up or requesting deletion

Reply to any tester invitation or follow-up email to ask for deletion or to stop further contact. If you have not received an email, use the privacy request form below. We may email you to verify the request.

Retention

Tester information is retained while the preview is being evaluated and follow-up is taking place, then removed within 90 days after this test group closes unless you separately agree to further participation. Download counts may be retained without identifying invitation codes.
